One of the highlights of our trip to Indonesia was our Komodo boat ride. With pristine oceans, amazing islands, and breathtaking views at every turn, the panorama was breathtaking. Everyone always felt safe and at ease because to the crew's professionalism and friendliness. It was an incredible experience to snorkel among vibrant marine life and to witness Komodo dragons in their native environment. The food on board was great and fresh, and the environment was pleasant and soothing the entire way. We are a group of four friends visiting Indonesia for the first time. We heard a lot about Komodo National Park and we wanted to explore it in a more personal way, without booking one of those ready-made tours with big boats and hundreds of people. We found Komodoboat Trip and we couldn’t have been luckier. Marcel helped us to create the perfect personalised itinerary, giving helpful suggestions and being very responsive to every request. On the two-day excursion, our guide, Sten, was simply perfect: always smiling and knowledgeable, he guided us to the best spots and we managed to see several dragons, mantas, turtles and some of the best beaches in the world. We can’t recommend Marcel and his team enough, you won’t be disappointed!

Marcel als Inhaber dieses Unternehmens, hat uns eine tolle mehrtägige Bootstour von Labuan Bajo gebucht zu einem fairen Preis. Er wählte ein gutes Schiff aus und hatte unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut erkannt, obwohl wir die nicht unbedingt geäußert hatten. z.B. Bootskabine mit eigener Toilette, sicheres modernes Auto, sicherer und rücksichtasvoller Fahrer etc. Während unseres Aufenthaltes in Labuan Bajo nah er sich sie Zeit und beauchte uns, um zu erfragen ob die Bootstour uns zufriedengestellt hatte und wie der Service auf diesem Boot war. Danach buchten wir eine Autotour über die Insel bei ihm. Er empfahl uns eine Tour und stellt uns diese im persönlichen Gespräch vor. Während dieser Tour meldete er sich mehrmals, um zu erfragen ob alles sicher läuft und wir zufrieden wären. Am Ende der Reise buchte er uns ein Traumhotel, von dem wir nichts wussten, da wir uns auf einfache landestypische Hotels eingestellt hatten. Marcel arbeitet gewissenhaft und sehr sorgfältig. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und wussten jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner zu haben.

Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation sehr gut. Auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. In Labuan Bajo starteten wir einen 3-tägigen Bootstrip. Alles war perfekt organisiert, daher entschieden wir uns spontan, noch eine 8-tägige Reise über die Insel zu buchen. Im persönlichen Gespräch wurde uns der Ablauf erklärt und auf alle Fragen eingegangen. Die Strecke und die Stops wurden mit Bedacht gewählt und ein hervorragender Fahrer organisiert.
