Question 1

What is the maximum number of people that can use one Blue Whale floatie?

Accepted Answer

The Blue Whale floatie can safely accommodate 2-3 adults. For safety reasons, we recommend no more than 2 people per floatie, especially if you plan to take photos while floating.

Question 2

How long is the rental period and what are the rental rates?

Accepted Answer

Rental is available daily starting from early morning until late afternoon. Specific rates and duration options (half-day, full-day) can be confirmed upon booking. We offer flexibility based on your snorkeling schedule.

Question 3

What documents do I need to bring as identity deposit?

Accepted Answer

You need to provide a minimum of 2 valid identity documents such as KTP (Indonesian ID card) or SIM (Driver's License). These will be held as deposit and returned after you complete the rental and return the floatie in good condition.

Question 4

Is the electric pump included in the rental, and how long does it take to inflate the floatie?

Accepted Answer

Yes, an electric pump is included with every rental at no additional cost. The Blue Whale floatie can be fully inflated in approximately 3-5 minutes using the electric pump, so there's no waiting time before you start your adventure.

Question 5

Do you provide free transportation to and from the harbor, and which areas are covered?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free pick-up and drop-off service from Labuan Bajo harbor is included with your rental. This makes it convenient to start your Komodo adventure directly from the port. Please inform us of your hotel location during booking for arrangement details.
