Our powerbanks come in multiple capacities: 10,000mAh, 20,000mAh, and 30,000mAh. The 20,000mAh is most popular as it can fully charge most smartphones 4-5 times. We recommend the 30,000mAh for extended trips or if you're charging multiple devices.

Daily rental rates start at IDR 50,000 (approximately USD 3.50) for standard 10,000mAh units. Larger capacity powerbanks range from IDR 75,000-100,000 per day. Weekly and monthly discounts of 20-30% are available. A refundable deposit of IDR 200,000 is required.

Where can I pick up and return the rental powerbank?

Accepted Answer

We have rental counters at Labuan Bajo Airport (Terminal 2), in downtown Labuan Bajo at Jalan Soekarno-Hatta, and at major hotels including Plataran Komodo and Grand Savoi Manado. Online booking allows for hotel delivery and pickup at no extra charge.

Are the powerbanks compatible with all smartphone brands?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all our powerbanks feature multiple output ports: USB-C, Micro USB, and Lightning connector for iPhones. Each rental includes universal charging cables. We also offer adapters for other devices upon request at no additional cost.

Question 5

What should I do if the rental powerbank becomes damaged or stops working?

Accepted Answer

If a powerbank becomes defective during normal use, replacement is provided free of charge. However, physical damage caused by misuse (water damage, dropping, crushing) may result in a damage fee of 50-100% of the rental value. Accidental damage insurance can be added for IDR 20,000 per day.
