Full Policy Details
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
Once a booking is confirmed, the deposit paid to secure your reservation is non-refundable under all standard cancellation scenarios. The deposit covers partner allocation and administrative costs incurred at the time of confirmation.
2. Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Rental Start
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time, any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in full. The deposit itself remains non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Rental Start
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the confirmed rental start time are not eligible for any refund. The full amount paid — including both deposit and remaining balance — is forfeited.
4. No-Show
If a guest does not appear at the agreed pick-up location and time without prior notice, the booking is treated as a no-show. The full amount paid is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
5. Bajo Rental Overbooking
In the rare event that Bajo Rental is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to an overbooking error on our side, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit, plus a Rp 50,000 voucher applicable to your next booking with us.
6. Force Majeure
Cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, official government travel bans, or extreme weather conditions that make the rental unsafe or impossible — qualify for a full refund including the deposit. Documentation may be required.
7. Date Changes
You may request to change your rental dates at no extra fee, provided the request is made more than 24 hours before the original rental start time and the new dates are available. Date changes are subject to partner availability and cannot be guaranteed. Changes requested within 24 hours of rental start are treated as a late cancellation.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. You will be notified via WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.
